Book Your Free 15-Minute Consultation π Call Now: (778) 847-9781You don't need a crisis to deserve support. You just need one of these to feel familiar.
You look fine on the outside β good job, family, responsibilities handled β but inside you're running on empty and nobody sees it.
You wake up with dread most mornings and can't pinpoint why. The anxiety is just β there. Constant. Exhausting.
You've tried to explain how you feel, but the words don't come out right in English β and you wish you could just say it in your own language.
Your family doesn't believe in therapy β but you know something needs to change and you're ready to do it quietly, on your terms.
You're carrying intergenerational weight β expectations, sacrifices, cultural pressure β and it's showing up as anxiety, anger, or numbness.
You've tried therapy before but the therapist didn't understand your background, your family dynamics, or why "just set boundaries" isn't that simple.
If even one of these hit home β the consultation is free. Let's talk.
You're not weak. You're not broken. You're carrying something that responds to treatment β and you don't have to carry it alone.
Racing thoughts, worst-case scenarios on loop, constant "what ifs." You can't shut it off. Sleep feels impossible. You're exhausted before the day even starts.
No energy. No motivation. Things that used to bring joy feel flat. You're going through the motions β work, home, repeat β without feeling anything real.
Pushing through. Masking. Everyone thinks you have it together because you're so good at pretending. But the gap between how you look and how you feel is widening.
Cancelling plans, avoiding calls, isolating. Not because you don't care β because everything feels like too much right now.
Heart racing, chest tight, can't breathe. You're avoiding places and situations just to feel safe. Your world is getting smaller.
By family. By friends. Maybe even by a previous therapist who didn't get it. You need someone who understands that healing isn't about positive thinking β it's about being truly seen.
The fear of the unknown stops most people. Here's exactly what happens β so there are zero surprises.
Couch. Bedroom. Parked car. Wherever you won't be interrupted. No commute. No waiting room. Just you and a secure video screen.
They introduce themselves. Ask how you're feeling right now. If you'd prefer to speak in Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, or another shared language β just say so. No pressure, no clipboard, no interrogation.
Not polite nodding. The kind of listening where someone notices what you're not saying. They ask questions that make you think β but never push harder than you're ready for. You set the pace.
Not just "how did that feel?" β actual tools, reframes, or next steps you can use before the next session. And a sense that someone finally gets it.
"That was nothing like I expected. I should have done this months ago." The hardest part is clicking the button. Everything after that is easier.
No one-size-fits-all scripts. Your therapy is built around your brain, your life, your culture, and what actually works for you.
Identify and reframe the thought patterns feeding your anxiety and depression. Build practical coping strategies that work in real life β not just in the therapy room.
Tell your story in a way that puts you back in the author's seat. Art therapy helps you access emotions that words alone can't always reach β no artistic skill needed.
Those coping mechanisms you built as a kid β perfectionism, people-pleasing, shutting down β once kept you safe. Together, we gently update them for who you are now.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps your brain process stuck memories fuelling your anxiety β often producing breakthroughs faster than talk therapy alone.
Anxiety lives in your chest. Depression lives in your bones. We address the physical symptoms β tension, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation β not just the thoughts.
We blend Western clinical methods with Eastern holistic care β yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and cultural wisdom β because healing shouldn't require you to leave your roots at the door.
Therapy in your language, through your cultural lens. Our team speaks 9+ languages and understands the specific pressures of navigating cultural expectations, immigration, intergenerational dynamics, and identity β because many of us have lived it too.
We don't just assign you to whoever's available. During your free consultation, we match you with the counsellor whose experience, style, and language fits what you need.

This isn't overnight magic. But most clients start noticing real shifts within 4β6 sessions. Here's what that looks like.
Results are individual. These are real shifts clients describe.
You already know the answer. You've been living it.
The coping mechanisms that used to work β staying busy, pushing through, scrolling until midnight, telling yourself "it's not that bad" β aren't holding anymore. The anxiety has gotten louder. The flatness has lasted longer. The mask is getting heavier.
This is what untreated anxiety and depression does. It doesn't stay the same size. It grows. It leaks into your sleep, your patience, your relationships, your health. What feels like "getting by" today becomes something much harder to unravel in six months.
Every week you wait is another week the patterns strengthen.
You already know something needs to change.
The only question is when.
No doctor's referral needed. No waitlist. No complicated intake forms. Just these three steps between where you are and feeling genuinely supported.
Call, WhatsApp, or book online. Tell us what's going on and which language you'd prefer. We'll recommend the counsellor who's the best fit β no commitment, no credit card.
Book at a time that works. Log in from home. Your counsellor creates a safe space where you can drop the mask and just be honest β in the language that feels most natural. You set the pace.
Weekly or as needed. No session limits. Your counsellor tracks your progress, adjusts the approach, and you start noticing shifts within weeks. At your pace.
"For the first time, I could explain how I felt in my own language. My therapist understood not just the words but the cultural weight behind them. I didn't have to explain why setting boundaries with family is complicated β she already knew."
"I thought depression was just who I was now β the cost of immigrating, of starting over. My counsellor helped me see that it wasn't permanent and helped me find my way back. I wish I'd started sooner."
"As a South Asian man, I never thought therapy was for me. Benjamin understood the pressure I felt β from family, from culture, from myself. For the first time, I didn't have to perform. I could just be honest."
Client identities always protected. Testimonials reflect general experiences.
The consultation is completely free and doesn't commit you to anything. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.
We believe cost should never be a barrier to healing. Many clients have their sessions partially or fully covered.
If your employer benefits plan covers a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), your sessions may be fully or partially reimbursed. We provide receipts for every session and offer direct billing for select plans. Ask your insurance provider if they cover an RCC (BCACC) or CCC (CCPA). Sliding scale is also available β just ask.
These are the things people tell us almost stopped them from reaching out.
Everything is 100% confidential. We don't contact anyone. Nobody knows unless you tell them. Many of our clients come from families where therapy carries stigma β and they find it's the most freeing thing they've ever done.
Our team includes South Asian, Latin American, and Filipino practitioners who've lived the immigrant experience, navigated cultural expectations, and understand family dynamics that most Western therapists miss entirely.
You don't need to. Your counsellor will guide the conversation. There's no script, no performance. Just be honest β even if "honest" is "I have no idea where to start."
No lock-in. No minimum sessions. If after the first session it's not for you β no hard feelings. The consultation is free specifically so you can feel it out first.
Yes. Therapy is one of the most effective treatments for anxiety and depression β often more effective than medication alone. CBT, EMDR, and somatic approaches all have strong research backing. Most clients notice meaningful shifts within the first 4β6 sessions.
It's a no-pressure introductory call where you can share what you're going through, tell us your language preference, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit. No cost, no obligation. You can book online, call, or reach out via WhatsApp.
No. You can book directly with us β no GP referral or paperwork needed. Just book a free consultation and we'll take it from there.
Yes. Our team offers therapy in English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Spanish, Marathi, Konkani, Malayalam, Kannada, and French. Being able to express yourself in your own language makes a significant difference in the therapeutic process.
If your employer plan covers a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), your sessions may be partially or fully reimbursed. We provide receipts and offer direct billing for select plans. We also accept FNHA, CVAP, and ICBC. If your plan doesn't currently cover RCCs, we can help you draft a request to your employer to add this coverage.
We offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients. Just mention it when you book your consultation β we'll work with you. Cost should never prevent you from getting the support you need.
Research consistently shows online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions for anxiety and depression. Many clients find they open up faster from the comfort of their own space. All you need is a private room and an internet connection.
That usually means the fit wasn't right β not that therapy doesn't work for you. A therapist who doesn't understand your cultural background, family dynamics, or lived experience will miss things that matter. Our team is specifically experienced in cross-cultural, immigrant, and intergenerational contexts.
Most new clients are seen within a few days of their consultation. We don't have month-long waitlists. Book your free consultation and we'll find a time that works.
Your first step is a free, no-pressure 15-minute consultation. Share what you're going through β in whatever language feels right β and see if we're the right fit. No cost. No obligation. Just a real conversation with someone who understands.
